· City Manager Bressner began the agenda review at 4:00 p.m. He said that a recap of the
eligibility list for the Advisory Boards had been distributed to the Commission by the City Clerk's
oMce.
V.B.2. Presentation of the Citizen Action SystemTM by Carisse Weise and
acknowledgement of receipt of the Innovations in Communications and Technology
Award in the over 50`,000-population category
It was explained that the new Citizen Action System isa Web-based and telephone-based
system for citizen inquires.

Planned Unit Development (PUD)
]:t was expected that there would be many residents in attendance at the Commission meeting
in regards to the Public Hearing. Mayor Broening said that there is a process for these hearings
and the Commission could set ground rules for public speakers, depending on the number of
cards received.
