A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
OPENING OF A CHECKING ACCOUNT WITH THE FIRST
BANK AND TRUST IN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, SAID ACCOUNT TO BE KNOV~ AS THE
"WATERAND SEWER REVENUE FUND~"
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
~BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the City Treasurer is authorized to
open with the First Bank And Trust in the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, a checking account to be known as the "Water
And Sewer Revenue Fund."
Section 2: That all checks issued on the above-
named checking account shall be prepared and signed by the
City Treasurer, B. J. LAW, or in the absence of the City
Treasurer, by the Deputy Treasurer, M. C. Holzman, and such
checks shall be countersigned by the Mayor, JOE DeLONG, or in
the absence of the Mayor, by the Vice Mayor, DAVID ROBERTS.
Section 3: That the City Clerk be and she is hereby
instructed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the
First Bank And Trust.
Section 4: This resolution shall take effect
immediately u~on its passage.
