A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, INCREASING THE SALARY OF
THE CITY MANAGER.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution NO. 73-0 of the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida, Frank Kohl has heretofore been
appointed to the non-classified position of City Manager of
said City, to serve at the pleasure of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, in said Resolution, the salary for said office
was fixed at $17,000.00 per year, payable weekly, with a car
allowance of $100.00 per month, and that the said City Manager
furnish a fidelity bond in the amount of $20,000.00 as provided
in said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City deems it advisable
to increase the salary of said City Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the salary of the City Manager of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is hereby increased to the
amount of $21,000.00 per year, payable weekly, for the period
beginning October 1, 1974, and continuing to and including
December 31, 1974, and that the said salary of the said City
Manager shall be further increased to the amount of $22,000.00
per year, payable weekly, beginning on January 1, 1975, and

Section 2: That all o~he~ provisions contained in said
Resolution No. 73-0 shall continue in full force and effect.
