74-FFRESOLUTION NO. 74-FF
A RESOLUTION OF TPE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
DESIGNATING~ PAYING AGENT FOR THE HANDLING OF FUNDS
OF THE COMBINED MUNICIPAL ~%TER AND SEWER SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, did on
March 5, 1974, by Resolu%ion No. 74-H, authorize the issuance of
$2~050,000.00 Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 1974, dated
February 1, 1974~ to finance the cost of additions, extensions
and improvements to its existing sewer system; and
WHEREAS, subject bonds have been validated by order of
the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for
Palm Beach County, Florida, by Final Judgment dated May 2, 1974;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms of the above and fore-
going Resolution~ a paying agent for said bonds is to be designa-
ted, subject to the approval of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, ELLIS SARASOTA BANK AND TRUST COMPANY~ in
Sarasota, Florida, has been designated as the paying agent for
subject bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the designation of the ELLIS SARASOTA
BANK AND TRUST COMPANY in Sarasota, Florida,.-as the paying agent
for the subject bonds is hereby approved.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its passage.
