A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING A PORTION OF THE PLAT OF GULF STREAM
ESTATES, PLAT NO. 2, INCLUDING RESERVE AREA,
ROADWAYS, ALLEYS AND EASEMENTS CONTAINED THEREIN,
SUBJECT TO DEDICATION OF A REPLACEMENT UTILITY
EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, the owner of the land hereinafter described has
petitioned the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach~ Florida,
for the adoption of a resolution vacating and abandoning a portion
of the plat of Gulf Stream Estates, Plat No. 2, as is more fully
described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said land has agreed to dedicate a re-
placement utility easement of six feet along the North, South, and
West property lines of said land; and
WHEREAS, said petition for abandonment and said agreement for
a replacement utility easement have heretofore been considered by
the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Boynton Beach,
and a favorable recommendation has been rendered in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said petition for abandonment and said agreement to
dedicate the replacement utility easement are deemed to be reason-
able and in the best interests of the inhabitants of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the following portion of the plat of Gulf
Stream Estates, Plat No. 2, to wit:
Lots 1 through 4 inclusive, B~ock 13,~ ~
Lots 17 and 18, Block 8,
ALL of Blocks 9 through 12 inclusive,
GULF STREAM ESTATES, PLAT NO. 2, as recorded
in Plat Book 13, page 51, Public Records of
Palm Beach County, Florida,
including all reserve area, roadways, alleys and easements con-
tained therein, is hereby vacated and abandoned and is hereby re-
turned to acreage for purposes of taxation, subject, however, to
the condition that the said owner dedicate a replacement utility
easement of six feet along the North, South, and West property
lines of the above described land.
