74-AARESOLUTION NO. 74- ~ ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
APPOINTING A FINANCE DIRECTOR; FIXING HIS COMPENSATION
WHEREAS, a vacancy presently exists in the appointive
office of Finance Director; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to fill
said vacancy; and
WHEREAS, Kenneth L. Kribs, has been interviewed by the
Council and the Council has deemed him qualified for the position
and
WHEREAS, Kenneth L. Kribs, has agreed to accept the
position of Finance Director;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Boynton Beach, as follows:
1. That Kenneth L. Kribs is hereby appointed to the
classified position of Finance Director of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, said appointment became effective May 13, 1974.
The salary for said office is hereby fixed at $15,038.40 per
year, payable weekly.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 2nd day of July, 1974.
