A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTP~DRIZING THE
OPENING OF A CHECKING ACCOUNT WITH THE WEST
BOYNTON BEACH NATIONAL BANK, SAID ACCOUNT TO
BE KNO~ AS THE "OPERATING CAPITAL IMPROVE-
MEN TS FUND."
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOY/~TON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized to
open with the West Boynton Beach National Bank in the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, a checking account to be known as the
"Operating Capital Improvements Fund."
Section 2: That all checks issued on the above named
checking accoUnt shall be prepared and signed by the City
Treasurer~ B. J. LAW, or in the absence of the City Treasurer,
by the Deputy Treasurer, M. C. HOLZMAN, and such checks shall be
countersigned by the Mayor, JOE DeLONG, or in the absence of'% the
Mayor, by the Vice Mayor, DAVID ROBERTS.
Section 3: That the City Clerk be and she is hereby in-
structed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the
West Boynton Beach National Bank.
Section 4: This resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its passage.
