A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR OR
CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH. TO MAKE
APPLICATION FOR PE~4ITS AND SUPPLY RELATED INFOR~LATION
TO THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN FLORIDA FLOOD CONTROL
DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, The City of Boynton Beach proposes to make
application for various permits from the Flood Control District
concerning water wells and the withdrawal of water from under-
ground sources.
WHEREAS, proof of authority for signature on said permits
is required by the Flood Control District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the Mayor or City Manager be and is hereby
authorized to execute and file applications on behalf of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, with the Flood Control District, for the
withdrawal of raw water from underground .sources.
Section 2: That the Mayor 6r-City ManaGer be and is hereby
authorized and directed to furnish such information as the
Flood Control District may reasonably request in connection with
the application which is herein authorized to be filed, including
copies of previously prepared reports.
