WHEPJ~AS, the Municipal Personnel Officer of the City of Boynton Beach, .
Florida, has heretofore conducteda periodic review of the existing pay scale
for employees of said municipality and has recommended a<:~ce~tain~:amendment as
hereinafter provided; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reviewed said proposed amendment and has
approved it without modification; and
WHEREAS, after thorough review of said proposed amendment, the City
Council deems that the enactment and adoption of same is in the best interests
of efficient administrat,ion of the municipal personnel system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA;
Section l; The pay plan for the municipal employees of the City of
Boynton Beach, FIorida~ be and is hereby a~nded by providing pay grade 24
for the position of Electrician.
Section_ 5: The foregoing amendment shall be implemented by the City
Manager and become effective on the /~day of ..... ~;~.~~. ~ 1974.
