74-CRESOLUTION No. 74-C'
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Boynton Beach,Florida
provides that the City Treasurer shall prepare all checks,
vouchers and withdrawal slips to be drawn on the City depositor-
ies, and shall sign the same and present said checks, vouchers
and withdrawals to the Mayor or Vice Mayor to be countersigned
as provided herein or by ordinance of the City-Council; and
~HEREAS, JOE DE LONG is the duly elected Mayor and shall
countersign all checks, vouchers and withdrawal slips of the City
and
WHEREAS, DAVID ROBERTS, as Vice Mayor shall countersign
all checks, vouchers and withdrawal slips in the absence of the
Mayor; and
WHEREAS, B. J. LAW is the duly appointed Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, M. C. HOLZMAN, Deputy Treasurer, has b'een
appointed to prepare and sign checks, vouchers and withdrawal
slips in the absence of the Treasurer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a true copy of this
Resolution be sent to all Federal savings and loan associations,
commercial banks and other depositories wherein the City of
Boynton Beach maintains municipal savings accounts, checking
accounts or other deposits.
