A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING PAUL H. STARTZMAN AS LIAISON
FOR SAID CITY iN CONSIDERING REGIONAL WASTEWATER TREAT-
MENT AND DISPOSAL FACILIT¥~
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the City Co~cil of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, on, November 20, ~973, Paul H, Startzman was appointed
to act on behalf of the City in explering and considering the establishment
of a regional wastewater treatment and disposal facitity with the City of
Delray Beach, Florida, and ethe~ contiguous municipalities; and
WHEREAS, on November 28, 1973, the City Council of said City adopted
Resolution No. 73-TTT, expressing its interest in studying and considering
the establishment of said regional facility}.~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section~l. That Paul H. Startzman is hereby appointed to serve as
liaison for the Gity of Boynton B~ach, Florida, with regard to investigations,
studies, negotiations, inter-ci~ty meetings and workshops, and other investiga-
tive efforts with the City of Deiray Beach, Florida, and other contiguous
municipalities in exploring and considering the establishment of a regional
wastewater treatment and dispoSal faciJity.
