A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR THE ADVANCE-
MENT OF FU~IDS FROM THE OPERATING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
FUND' TO THE UTILITY FUND OFf,SAiD CITY FOR CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS.
W~HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, deems it necessary and advisable for the efficient
operatiOn of the municipal government to provide for the
advancement of funds from the Operating Capital Improvement
Fund to the Utility Fund of said City in order to finance
capital improvements for the City's w~ter and sewer system;
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA:
Sectio.n 1: That the advancement of not more than
$500~000.00 of unencumbered funds in the Operating Capital
Improvement Fund of the City of Boynton Beach, Floridat to
the Utility Fund of said City is hereby authorized and approved
upon the terms and conditions as hereinafter provided for the
purpose of financing capital improvements for the City's w~ter
and sewer ~ystem.
Section 2: That the repayment of the said advancement
of funds shall be from the proceeds of the first issue of
revenue obligations hereafter issued by said City for such
capital improvements and other water and sewer improvements.
