O92-~-~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1992, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1993; AND SETTING FORTH APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENT; ESTIMATING RECEIPTS FROM TAXATION AND OTHER REVENUE SOURCES FOR THE GENERAL FUND; VOTED DEBT SERVICE FUNDS; CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND; PUBLICITY FUND; UTILITIES FUND; VEHICLE SERVICE FUND; SANITATION FUND; LOCAL OPTION GAS TAX FUND; WAREHOUSE FUND; CRA/COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT FUND; GOLF COURSE FUND; PUBLIC SERVICE TAX BONDS FUNDS; AND SELF-INSURANCE FUND; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The Final Budget of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1992 and ending September 30, 1993, is hereby adopted and the appropriations set ~aintain and carry on the Beach, Florida. Section 4. That there is hereby appropriated the ;um of $15,505.00 to the Publicity Fund for the payment of ~perating expenses pursuant to the terms of the above budget. Section 5. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $1,749,643.00 to the Capital Improvement Fund for the payment of capital outlays pursuant to the terms of the above budget. Section 6. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $5,427,595.00 to the Sanitation Fund for the payment of operating expenses and necessary capital outlays. Section 7. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $1,445,928.00 to the Golf Course Revenue Fund for operating expenses and necessary capital outlays. Section 8. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $525,210.00 to the Boynton Beach Recreational Facilities Fund for the purpose of paying Debt Service due on the Golf Course Recreational Bonds, the sum of $9,802.00 for the depreciation of fixed assets and amortization of its Revenue Bond discounts, for a total of $1,980,940.00 Dollars. Section 9. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $2,021,836.00 to the Vehicle Service Fund for the payment of operating expenses and necessary capital outlays. Section 10. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $754,500.00 to the Local Option Gas Tax Fund for the payment of operating expenses and necessary capital outlays. Section 11. That there is hereby appropriated the ~epreciation of ~mortizatlon of $20,140,664.00. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $2,338,180.00 to the interest and sinking fund for eneral debt service for the purpose of paying the interest, principal and reserve due on the public service tax bonds of the City not subject to statutory exemptions and for redeeming such bonds as they mature.
