AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1992, AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 1993; AND SETTING FORTH
APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE
GOVERNMENT; ESTIMATING RECEIPTS FROM
TAXATION AND OTHER REVENUE SOURCES FOR
THE GENERAL FUND; VOTED DEBT SERVICE
FUNDS; CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND;
PUBLICITY FUND; UTILITIES FUND; VEHICLE
SERVICE FUND; SANITATION FUND; LOCAL
OPTION GAS TAX FUND; WAREHOUSE FUND;
CRA/COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT FUND; GOLF
COURSE FUND; PUBLIC SERVICE TAX BONDS
FUNDS; AND SELF-INSURANCE FUND;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

sum of $5,427,595.00 to the Sanitation Fund for the payment
of operating expenses and necessary capital outlays.
Section 7. That there is hereby appropriated the
sum of $1,445,928.00 to the Golf Course Revenue Fund for
operating expenses and necessary capital outlays.
Section 8. That there is hereby appropriated the
sum of $525,210.00 to the Boynton Beach Recreational
Facilities Fund for the purpose of paying Debt Service due
on the Golf Course Recreational Bonds, the sum of $9,802.00
for the depreciation of fixed assets and amortization of its
Revenue Bond discounts, for a total of $1,980,940.00

Section 9. That there is hereby appropriated the
sum of $2,021,836.00 to the Vehicle Service Fund for the
payment of operating expenses and necessary capital outlays.
Section 10. That there is hereby appropriated the
sum of $754,500.00 to the Local Option Gas Tax Fund for the
payment of operating expenses and necessary capital outlays.
