A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING ASSISTANT CITY PROSECUTOR,
FIXING THE TERM OF OFFICE, AND FIXING RATE OF
PAY
WHEREAS, a vacancy presently exists in the appointive office of
Assistant City Prosecutor; and
WHEREAS, Section 20 of the Charter of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, provides that the salaries of all officers and employees,
except the Mayor and City Council shall be fixed by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That 2 ~ ~ 0 ~ / S ~' ¢ ~ is hereby appointed as
Assistant City Prosecutor of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, to
serve at the pleasure of the City Council.
2. That the annual salary for the Assistant City Prosecutor
shall be in accordance with the provisions of the present budget of
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
