73-YYRESOLUTION NO. 73-YY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACh, FLORIDAt in regular meeting assembled that the Mayor of
said City be, and she hereby is, authorized to enter into an
agreement with the SEABOARD COAST LINE RAIL]LOAD COMPANY, and to
sign same on behalf of said City whereby said Railroad Company
grants unto said City the right or license to install and main-
tain, for the purpose of a sewer main and a water main, lines of
pipe across the right of way and under tracks of said Railroad
Company at Boynton Beach, Florida; as more particularly described
in said Agreement, which Agreement is dated August 3, 1973, a
copy of which A~reement is filed with this City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this £~ ~ day of September, A.D., 1973.
