A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING ~RESIDENT MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE MUNICIPAL FIREMEN'S PENSION TRUST FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: RICHARD D'ANGEL0 is hereby appointed
Resident Member of the Board of Trustees of the Municipal
Firemen's Pension Trust Fund of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, to serve for a term of two (2) years pursuant ~to
Section 175.061 of the Florida Statutes.
