A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY iOF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING RESIDENT EMBER TO THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE MUNICIPAL POLICE
OFFICERS' RETIREMENT TRUST FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: KENNETH .HALL is hereby appointed Resident
member of the Board of Trustees of the Municipal Police Officers'
Retirement Trust Fund of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
to serve for a term of two (2) years pursuant to Section 185.05
of the Florida Statutes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 3rd day of July A.D., 1973
