73-JJRESOLUTION NO. 75-JJ
WHEREAS~ it is proposed by the State of Florida~ through the
Department of Transportation of Florida~ to locate, construct, maintain
or improve a portion of State Road 9 (I-95), in PALM BEACH COUNTY,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
project are owned by the City of BOYNTON BEACH; and
WHEREAS, on behalf of the State of Florida a request has been made
for a conveyance of a portion of said lands of this City, more particu-
larly described as follows by the State of Florida Department of Trans-
portation:

Roberts, the City Council does agree to authorize and direct its
