A~. RESOLUTION_OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, VACATING AND ABANDONING A CERTAIN
ROADWAY AND UTILITY EASEMENT.
.WHEREAS, the owner of the land as hereinafter described has
petitioned the ~City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
for the adoption of a resolution vacating and abandoning a
certain roadway and utility easement presently lying in and
upon said lands; and
WHEREAS, said petition has heretofore been considered by the
Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
and a favorable recommendation has been rendered in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said petition for abandonment is deemed to be reason
able and in the best interests of the inhabitants of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1: That those portions of the dedicated roadway and
utility easement lying in and upon Section 4--A, Palm Beach
Leisureville, a subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 29, Pages
30 and 31, Public Records of Palm Beach County~ Florida, as
follows:
A parcel of land in Section 29~ Township 45 South,
Range 43 E~st, City of Boynton Beach, Palm Beach
County, Florida, more particularly described as
follow~:
From the intersection of the West ~Line of the Lake
Worth Drainage District's equalizer Canal E-4 and
the North Right-of-Way Line of Ocean Drive said
intersection being the Southeast corner of Parcel M
as same appears in recorded plat of Section 4-As
Palm Beach Leisureville in Plat Book 29, Page 31~
Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida~ running
South 870-54'-06'' West along said North Right-of-Way
Line of Ocean Drive a distance of 204.06 feet to
the Southwest corner of said Parcel M; then North
02°-05 '-54" West along the Westerly line of Parcel
M a distance of 195.67 feet to a point; thence
departing from said Westerly line of Parcel M
South 870-54'-06'' West a distance of 5.0 feet
