A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ROYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING CITY PROSECUTOR, FIX-
ING THE TERM OF OFFICE, AND FIXING RATE
OF PAY.
WHEREAS, a vacancy presently exists in the appointive
office of City Prosecutor; and
WHEREAS, Section 20 of the Charter of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, provides that the salaries of all officers and
employees, except the Mayor and City Council shall be fixed
by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That JOHN D. WESSEL is hereby appointed as City
Prosecutor of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, to serve
at the pleasure of the City Council.
2. That the annual salary for the City Prosecutor shall
be in accordance with the provisions of the present budget of
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
