A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
VACATING AND ABANDONING CERTAIN DEDICATED RIGHTS-
OF-WAY, LOCATED IN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
BUT RETAINING PRESCRIBED UTILITY EASEMENTS THERETO.
WHEREAS, Owners request abandonment, including rights of way,
of a parcel more particularly described as follows:
Alleyway located between Lots 12, 13, 14 and
Lots 15, 16 and 17, Arden Park S/D running
north to south - Recorded in Book 2, Page 96
Palm Beach Records.
WHEREAS, subject request has heretofore been considered by the
Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and a
favorable recommendation rendered in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach is desirous of retaining
the necessary prescribed utility easements for the affected public
utilities in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, the Owners are agreeable to the aforesaid reservation;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF tDYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:

Section 1. That the aforementioned publicly dedicated rights-
of-way are hereby vacated and abandoned, with the provision that the
affected utility easements thereto are reserved, and the subject area is
hereby returned to acreage for purposes of taxation.
