A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
REQUESTING RELEASE OF TITLE TO CERTAIN STATE PRO-
PERTIES BY THE F.I.N.D. TO THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA FOR CITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, The Florida Inland Navigational District (F.I.N.D)
presently holds title to the following described real property:
Parcel I
Section 33, Township 45, Range 43, South 348' of
N. 1183.25' of E ~ of SE ~ E of U.S. #1; and Sec. 34745/43
S 348' of N. 1183.25' of W ~ of SW ~ W of Canal
less Hwy ROW
Parcel 2
Section 33, Township 45, Range 43, Beginning at
NW Corner Lot 3 ROUSSEAU'S SUBDIVISION, S along
E boundary Section 33, 650~04' thence W along
subdivision line to poin~/~n~a~el to U.S. #1
653.0' then E along subdivision line 180.38'
to point of beginning.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida is desirous of acquiring the aforementioned property for
city purposes to benefit the citizens of this city and the State
of Florida;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Florida Inland Navigation
District be and is hereby earnestly requested to release the afore?
mentioned property to the City of Boynton Beach for the use of thel
citizens of Boynton Beach and the State of Florida.
