72-XRESOLUTION NO. 72 -X
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, has heretofore
made application for a Federal grant through the U. S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development for assistance in connection with expansion
of its existing Municipal sanitary sewer facilities, and
WHEREAS, said application and/or applications have been pending
before said department during calendar and fiscal years 1971 and 1972, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed essential to clarify and corffirm that all
signatories executing documents in connection with subject application and/
or applications on behalf of the City were authorized to do so.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the following designated City officials were duly authoc ized
to execute and sign all documents relating to any and all applications to
the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in connection with
Federal grants for expansion to the existing Municipal sanitary sewer
system of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, for the dates indicated:
