72-VRESOLUTION NO. 72- V
BE IT RESOLVED BY TI-IE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That Resolution Nos. 71-MM and 71-LL providing for
paving and/or repaying of portions of Southwest First Avenue and
Southwest Sixth Street on a special assessment basis are hereby
rescinded and declared null and void.
