72-FRESOLUTION NO. 72 - [~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, WHEREAS, the City Council has deemed it essential that certain rules of conduct be formally established with regard to utilization of the Municipal Civic Center Complex, and, WHEREAS, the Municipal Recreation Director has prepared and presented to the City Council recommended rules of conduct as more specifically set forth in attached memorandum. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the rules of conduct for utilization of the Boynton Beach Municipal Civic Center Complex attached hereto are hereby approved and adopted, and the Municipal Recreation Director is hereby vested with authority to effect enforcement of said rules.
