72-CRESOLUTION NO. 72-~
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH:
Section 1: That the existing municipal Civil Service
Rules and Regulations of the City of Boynton Beach,
are hereby furlher amended as follows:
Florida, as amended
1. Article IX, Section 1 - Add as last paragraph (Page 28)
"The performance ratings must indicate the eligibility
of an employee for an increase. If an employee fails
to get an increase due to poor evaluation report, said
employee would be eligible for consideration upon
receipt of the evaluation report covering the following
3 month period."
2. Add: Article VII, Section 1 - Add paragraph (Page 21)
"In the case of Supervisory positions an oral exam will
be required with Civil Service Board present."
3. Delete - Article IV, Section 6, Par. 1 as amended by
Resolution 69-FF -- delete last sentence only:
"Such restriction shall not apply to candidates from
Volunteer Fire Department."
4. Delete: Article V, Section I, Paragraph 3:
"Whenever two (2) employees whose names are to be
entered on the re-employment list have the same service
rating or the same length of service, the name of the
employee of greater age shall be entered first."
Section 2: That in all other respects subject Civil Service
Rules and Regulations, as amended~are hereby ratified and confirmed.
