WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, in its discretion, pursuant to the Charter of said City, deems it
necessary and essential to the public interest of the inhabitants and property
owners of said City, that certain publicly dedicated streets, more particular-
ly described hereinafter, located within the municipal limits of said City,
be improved by constructing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That the City Engineer of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, is hereby directed and ordered to prepare an estimated cost of
constructing, repairing, resurfacting and/or rebuilding the following describe,
public streets over the dedicated right-of-way thereof located within the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida:
That portion of N. W. 5th Street lying between
N. W. 10th Avenue and N. W. 12th Avenue.
such improvements, which plans and specifications and estimated costs shall
be in accordance with the laws and ordinances of said City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, and shall be filed in the office of the said City Engineer of the City.
