71-SSRESOLUTION NO. 71-SS
WHEREAS, the Municipal Library Board of the City of
Boynton Beach has heretofore recommended to the City Council an increase
in non-resident library usage fees from $3.00 per year to $10.00 per year,
and
WHEREAS, it is deemed in the best interest of the operation
of said system that subject request be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCI!L
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. Thai non-resident library usage fees pertaining to the City
of Boynton Beach Municipal Library are hereby increased from $3.00 per
annum to $10.00 per annum, effective December 8, 1971.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December, A. D. 1971.
