71-LLRESOLUTION NO. 71-LL
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
in its discretion, pursuant to the Charter of said City, deems it necessary
and essential to the public interest of the inhabitants and property owners of
said City, that certain publicly dedicated streets, more particularly
described hereinafter located within the municipal limits of said City, be
improved by constructing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuLlding same;
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That the Director of Public Works of the City of Boynton Beach
Florida, is hereby directed and ordered to prepare an estimated cost of con.
structing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding the following described
public streets over the dedicated right-of-way thereof located within the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida:
That portion of So W. 1st Avenue lying between West Ocean
Drive and S, W. 6th Street; and that portion of S. W. 6th Street
lying between S. W. 1st Avenue and West Ocean Drive;
such improvements, which plans and specifications and estimated costs
shall be in accordance with the laws and ordinances of said City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, and shall be filed in the office of the said Director of Public
Works of the City.
