71-IIRESOLUTION NO. 71 - II
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.'
That THOMAS A. CLARK is hereby appointed to
the non-classified position of Municipal City Engineer, to serve at the pleasur~
of the City Council, to perform and fulfill the duties set forth in Section 2-4.2
of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida. The
salary for said position is hereby established at $.1.5; 000.00 per annum,
payable as other municipal salaries are paid. The City Engineer shall, in
addition, be entitled to car allowance~ of $ 125. ~0 per month.
This Resolution shall become effective on the..26~day of. October,
A.D. 1971.
