71-EERESOLUTION NO. 71-EE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the provisions of Section 3, Article X of the Civil
Service Rules and Regulations of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
pertaining to sick leave is hereby amended to add thereto the following
sentence:
"One day of sick leave is equivalent to one-fifth
(1/5) of the employee's normal work week rate

of pay.
Section 2: In all other respects, subject provisiorffof the Civil
Service Rules and Regulations are ratified and confirmed as heretofore
adopted and amended.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, A.D., 1971.
