71-KRESOLUTION NO. 71 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, deems it necessary that utilization of a certain municipal building known as The Boy Scout Hut, located on City property immediately adjacent and south of the existing municipal library facility, be specifically estab- lished, and WHEREAS, the City Council of said City desires to restrict the use of said facility for the youth of the community; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: 1. That the above described municipal building facility shall be basically utilized by the local units of the Boy Scouts of America, in accordance with the schedule attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. That said facility shall, when not in use by the said Boy Scout units, be utilized by the youth of the community in accordance with schedules and programs to be established by the Municipal Recreation Department or by direction of the City Council. 2.
