Be it ordained by the Town Commissioners of the
Town of Boynton, Palm Beach County, Florida, that
Section Ten~ (10) of Ordinance Seven (7) be, and the
same is amended to read as follows:
"The Liarshal shall receive for his services
as i,iarshal a monthly salary of One Hundred
and Sixty Dollars (:i~lSO.O0) payable weekly
and all fees earned by him in the criminal
prosecution shall be turned into the To~m
Treasury ·"
