TOU~q{ 0P BOYNTON, FLORIDA.
BE iT ORDAINED By the Town Commissioners of the Town
of Boynton, Palm Beach County, Florida, That Section 3,
of Ordinance P3, be, and the same is amended to read as
fo ilows:
Section 3. The Clerk shall receive for his services
per year as Clerk., Tax Assessor, Tax Collector and
Treasurer, an annual salary of .}2400.00 per year, payable
monthly, and his or h~,r fees for .registering voters, and
the votes shall be turned into the Town Treasury.
This Ordinance having been read in full at a Regular
Meeting of the Town Commissioners of the Town of Boynton,
Florida, held on the 2nd day of June A. D. 1985, was
duly adopted at a Regular ~.~eeting held on the 16th day
of June A. D. 19~5, a copy of whichwas posted at the
door of the Town Hall on the 15th day of June A. D. 1985.
