O#54ORDI~[ANCE ~(0. 54. ¥~qaereas, the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton, Florida, deems it necessary and advisable for the peace, health, and safety of the inhabitants of the said Town, and the general welfare thereof, th.:t certain lands with- in said T~:vn should be acquired by the Town for the pur- pose of providing a place for the construction of public buildings for said Town, and :~;hereas, it is deemed advisable that the following described lots, pieces, or parcels of land are the most suitable for said improvements, and are necessary for public purposes, to-wit: Lots ~3, 24 and 25, Boynton Place, in Subdivision ~E¥ of N~ of ~ and the S~ of the N~ of the S~ of N~'r' ~72~ ' .,~ of the Section ~2, Township 45 South, Range 43 East. Therefore Be It Ordained by the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton, Florida, as follows: 1. That the To..~n Commission hereby deems it ad- visable and necessary for the immediate protection of the inhabitants and property within said Town that a Town Hall and fire department be provided. 2. That the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton, Florida, does hereby deem it necessary and advisable for the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of said Tova, and the general welfare thereof, that lots twenty- three (23), twenty-four (24) and twenty-five (25), Boynton Place Addition to the Tovm of fsoyn~mn, Florida, be and the same are hereby declared necessary for the following public pruposes, to-wit: For land upon which to construct a Town Hall and fire department quarters for said Totem. 3. That said Town Commis~on be and they are hereby authorized to purchase or acquire the above property on the best terms obtainable. 4. That all Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. 5.
