An Ordinance of the Town of Boynton, Florida, amending
Section 5 of Ordinance I(o. 18, entitled "Motor Vehicles".
Be it Ordained by the To-m Commission of the To'~vn of
Boynton, Palm Beach County, Flori ia, that Section 5 of
Ordinance lfo. 18, be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Section 5. Any pers~, fi~ or corporation violat-
ing ~y of the provisions of this ordinance shall be pu-
nished by a fine not exceeding ~500.00 or imprisoned not
exceeding sixty (60) days, or both such fine and imprison-
men t. ~

regular meeting of ~e Town Commission of the Town of
Boynton, Florida, hold on the 3rd day of February, .a.D.
1925, was adopted and passed at a regular meeting of

1925, and a copy thereof oosted at tho f?ont door of
the Tovm Hall of Boston, ~.~lorida, on ~e 17th day of
