O#42 ORDINANCE NO. 42.
Be It Ordained by the Town Commission of the Town of
Boynton, Florida:
That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 3 be and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 3. The Clerk sha~ re6'eive for his or her
service as Clerk, Tax Assessor, Tax Collector and Treasurer,
an annual salary of ~1200.00, payable monthly, and his or her
fees for registering voters. Ail other funds shall be turned
into the Town Treasury."
This Ordinance having been read in full at the Regular
Meeting of the Town Commissioners of the Town of Boynton,
Floric~, held on the t5th day of ~uly A. D. 1924, was duly
adopted at a Regular Meeting held on the 5th day of August
A. D. 1924. A copy was posted at the door of the Town Hall
on the 6th day of August 1924.
