BE IT 0RDAIN]~ BY THE T0]¥N C0~iISSION OF THE T0~N 0F BOYNTON,
FLORIDA:
1. That from and after the date of the adoption of this
ordinance it shall be unlawful for any person, persons, firms
or corporations to lay out, subdivide or ~herwise determine
the width or location of ~reets within the Tov~ of Boynton,
Florida, without first submitting said surveys or plats to the
Tov~ Commission of the Town of Boynton for its approval.
2. That any person, persons, firm or corporation who
shall be convicted of violation of this ordinance shall be
subject to a fine of not exceeding Five Hundred (~)$00.00)
Dollars, or imprisonment for not exceeding sixty (60) days,
9r both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the
cottrt.
The above ordinance having been read in full at a regular
meeting of the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton, Florida,
held. on the 6th day of May A. D. 1924, was adored and approved
by the Town Commis~on at a regular meeting of said Commission
held on,the ~0th day of May A. D. 1924, and a copy thereof
posted on the front door of the Town Hall at Boynton, Florida,
on the 21st, day of ~ay A. D. 1924.
