O#36ORDINANCE NO. 36 An Ordinance of the Town of Boynton, Florida, prohibiting the posting of bills, billboards or other advertisements upon any of t~e Streets or Alleys within the Town of Boynton, Florida, and providing a penalty for violation thereof. Be It Ordained by the Town Commission of the Town of $oynton, Florida: 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person, persons, firm or corporation, or any agent or employee of such person, persons, firm or corporation, to post or cause to be posted any posters, ahnd-bills advertisements or otherwise deface any trees or telegraph, telephone, electric light or other pole standing in any of the streets or alleys within the Town of Boynton, Florida. 2. That any person, persons, firm or corporation or any agent or employee of such person, persons firm or cor- poration, who shall be convicted of a violation of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not more than one hundred ($100.00) dollars or imprisonment for not more than ten (10) days or both such fine and imprisonment in the dis- cretion of the court. The above Ordinance having been read in full at a Eegular Meeting of the Totem Commission of the Town of Boynton, Florida, held on the 8th day of January A. D. 1924, was adopted and passed at a Regular Meeting of said Tovm Co~uission held on the 15th day of January A.
