O#35ORDII~ANCE NO. 38. Streets and Alleys. An Ordinance of the Town of Boynton, Florida fixing the minimum width of Streets and ~lleys hereafter platted or laid out in any Subdivision o~ portion of the Town of Boynton, Florida, and fixing a penalty for violation thereof. Be It Ordained by the Town Commission of the Town of Boynt0n, Florida: 1. No street in any subdivision or portion of the Town of Boynton hereafter platted or laid out within the Town of Boynto~, Florida, shall be less than fifty (80) feet in width and no alley in any subdivision or portion of the Tov~ of Boynton hereafter platted or laid out within the Town of Bo~nton, Florida, shall be less than sixteen (16) feet in width. 2. Any owner, agent or representative of any owner of land, or any engineer or surveyor, or any other person, 'or any firm or corporation, violating this ordinance, or per- mitting or consenting to or assisting in the violation of this ordinance, as to any street or alley within the of Boynton, Florida, upon or over ~y land within his, her, their or its control, shall upon conviction be subject to a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars (~$00.00) or im- prisonment for not more than sixty (~0) days, or both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court. The above ordinance having been read in full at a Regular ~eeting of the Town Commission of the To¥~n of Be~nton, Florida, held on the 8th day of January A. D. 1~2~, was adopted and passed at a Regular I~ieeting of said Commission held on the 15th day of January A.
