An Ordinance prohibiting the Dumping or Depositing of
trash, rubbish, garbage or other offensive matter upon any of
the Public Streets or Alleys within the Town of Boynton, Florida,
and providing a penalty for the violation thereof.
BE IT ORDAI~ED BY THE TO',:~N COMI..[IS~ ON OF THE TO-~:~ OF BOYNTOE,
FLORIDA:
i. It shall be unlawful for any person, association of
persons or corporation, or any agent or any employee of any
person, association of persons or corporation, to dump or de-
posit or allowed to be dumped or deposited, any trash, rubbish,
garbage or other offensive matter, upon any of the public
streets or alleys within the Town of Boynton, Florida.
2. Any person, associations of persons or corporation,
or any agent or any employee of any person, association of
persons or corporation, who shall be convicted of the violation
of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be punished
be by imprisonment not exceeding thirty (30) days or by fine
not exceeding one hundred (~100.00) dollars, or both such
fine and imprisonment, in ~e discretion of the court.
The above Ordinance No. 34, having been read in i~ll at
a meeting of the Town Commis~on of the Town of Boynton,
Florida, held on the 4th day of December A. D. 1923, was
adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the Town Commission
held on the 18th day of December A. D. 1923, and a copy thereof
posted at the front door of the Town Hall of Boynton, Florida,
on the 19th day of December ~. D. 1923.
