An Ordinance of the Town of Boynton, Florida, pro-
hibiting the operation of I~otor Vehicles upon the Streets
or other public ways within the Town of Boynton without
first obtaining a State License therefor, and providing
a penalty for the violation of said Ordinance.
BE IT OHDAiNED BY THE TO~']~ COMI~,iI~SION OFTHE TOhq~ OF BOYET~N,
FLORIDA;
1. That it shall be unlawful for any person, persons,
firm or corporation, or any agent or any employee of any
such person, persons, firm or corporation, to operate on
the streets or other public ways within the Town of Boynton,
Florida, any motor vehicle, without first obtaining a
license from the State of Florida as provided by law.
2. That this crdinance shall apply only to such
motor vehicles and only under such conditions as are
provided by the laws of the State of Florida, relating
to the licensing of motor vehicles.
$. Any person, persons, firm or corporation or the
agents or employees of such person, persons, firm or corp-
oration, who shall be convicted of a violation of this
ordinance shall be mubject to a fine of not more than
One Hundred dollars, or imprisonment for a term not ex-
ceeding thirty days, or both such fine and imprisonment,
in the discretion of the court.
