O#26 ORDINANCE NO. 26 Pertaining to ~illage. V. fhereas, Section 18, of Ordinance No. 11 of the Town of Boynton, Florid--~, prescribes that "At its first regular meeting in September the To~m Commission shall determine the millage to be levied upon the taxable pro- perty of this Town for that year." And, ~,~aereas, the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton, Florida, at its first regular meeting in the month of September, A. D. 1922, deems it necessary for the best interests of the Tova~ of Boynton, ~lorid~:, that Six (6) mills be levied for the General Fund and Two (2) mills for the Light Fund and Two (2) mills for the Sinking Fund, for the Town of Boynton, Florida, for the year 1922. Therefore, Be It Resolved, that the Town Commission o£ the Town of Boynton, ~torida, does at this, its fi~t regular meeting in the month of September, A. D. 1922, assess and levy upon the assessable real and personal property within the Town of Boynton, Florida, a tax of Six (6) mills on each dollar of assessable real and personal property within said Town of Boynton, Florida~ for the General Fund, and a tax of Two (2) mills on each dollar of assessable real and personal property within the Town of Boynton, Florida, for the Light ~nd of the Town of Boynton, Florida, and a tax of Two (2) mills on each dollar of assessable 'real and personal pro~:erty within the Town of Bo[.aaton, Flori,~a, for the Sinking Fund of the Town of Boynton, F!orif~a, for the year A. D. 1922, making a total tax levy of Ten (10) mills on each dollar of assessable real and personal property within the Town of Boynton, Florid a, for and by the Town of Bo~mton, Florida, for the year A.
