Opening of Street.
Sec. 1. A Ordinance declaring a continuation
of Pine Street Yorth between the Addition still known
as Copp's Addition and Shepard & Funk Addition's a
fifty foot street, it requiring ten feet off of pro-
perties lying on the Westside of the Street and twenty--
five feet off the properties lying on the Eastside of
the proposed street there already having been allowed
fifteen on the Mestside by the present owners of the
first blocks north of Lake Street there being required
also twenty-five feet on the ~estside from ~orth line
of said three blocks North to Arden Park.
The above Ordinance No. 22 having been read in
full at a Regular Meeting of the Town Commi~ioners
of the Town of Boynton, Florida, held on the 7th day
of February, 1922 was adopted and passed at a Regular
~.leeting of the Commissioners held the 21st day of
February 1922 and posted at the door of the Town Hall
on the 23rd day of February 1922.
