Attorney
Sec. 1. The Town Commission shall appoint a duly
licensed practicing attorney to attend to all the legal
business of the Town and the officers thereof in all
matters pertaining to the business of the Town. A written
contract of employment shall be entered into the Town and
the said attorney, which shall specify the terms of em-
ployment ·
The above Ordinance No. 8 having been read in full
at a Meeting of the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton,
Florida, held on the 20th day of September A. D. 19~l, was
adopted and passed at a Regular ~ieeting of said Commission
held on the 7th day of October A. D. 1921, and a copy
thereof posted at the front door of the Town Hall at Boyn-
ton, Florida, on the Sth day of October A. D. 1921.
