O#5ORDINANCE NO. 5
Tax Collector.
Sec. 1. The Tovm Clerk shall be Tax Collector, and
before entering upon his or her duties as Tax Collector,
shall give a bond, with two or more sufficient sureties
or with an approved surety company as surety, in the p~nal
sum of Five Thousand ($0000.00) dollars, conditioned upon
his or her faithfully performing his or her duties as Tax
Assessor. This bond sb~il be separate from his or her bond
as Town Clerk.
Sec. 3. The bond of the Tax Collector must be approved
by the Town Commission before the Tax Collector enters upon
the duties of his or her office.
Sec. 5. The duties of the Tax ~ollector shall be as
defined in the charter of the Town, and in the Town Ordi-
nance entitled "General Revenue" and other Ordinances or
Resolutions of the Town Commissioners.
The above Ordinance No. 5 having been read in full at
a ~eeting of the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton,
Florida, held on the ~Sth day of August A. D. 19~l~ was
adopted and approved at a Regular ~eeting of said Commission
held on the 8th day of September A. D. 19~l, and a copy
thereof posted at the front door of the Town Hall of
Boynton, Florida, on the 7th day of September A. D. 19~l.
