O#4ORDINANCE NO. 4. Tax Assessor. Sec. 1. The Town Clerk shall be ex-officio Tax Assessor, and before entering upon his or her duties as Tax Assessor, shall give a bond, with two or more suffi- cient sureties or with an approved surety company as surety, in the penal sum of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars, condi- tioned upon his or her faithfully perfoEning his or her duties as Tax Assessor. This bond shall be separate from his c~ her bond as Town Cler~. Sec. 2. The bond of the Tax Assessor must be approved by the Town Commission before the Tax Assessor enters upon the duties of his or her office. Sec. 3. The duties of the Tax Aseessor shall be as de- fined in the charter of the Town, and in the Tovm Ordinance entitled "General Revenue" and other Ordinances or Resolu- tions of the Town Commissioners. The above Ordinance No. 4. having been read in full at a Meeting of the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton, Florida, held on the 26th day of August A. D. 1921, was adopted and approved at a Regular l~leeting of said Commission held on the 6th day of September A.
