71-I RESOLUTION NO. 71-I
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
in its discretion, pursuant to the Charter of said City, deems it necessary and
essential to the public interest of the inhabitants and property owners of said
City, that certain publicly dedicated streets, more particularly described
hereinafter, located within the municipal limits of said City, be improved by
constructing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That the Director of Public Works of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, is hereby directed and ordered to prepare an estimated cost of
constructing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding the following described
public streets over the dedicated rights of way thereof located within the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida:
Thai portion of S.E. 1st Avenue, lying between U. S. Highway No.
1 and S. E. 4th Street, consisting of approximately 300 lineal feet.
Thai portion of N.W. 9th Avenue lying between N. W. 5th Street
and %he southerly extension of easl line of Lot 155 Cherry Hills, Pla1 Bk.
4, Pg. 58, consisting of approximately 400 lineal feet
2. Thai said plans and specifications and estimate of the cost of
such improvements, which plans and specifications and estimated costs shall
be in accordance with the laws and ordinances of said City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, shall be filed in the office of the said Director of Public Works of the
City.
