71-B WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
provides that the City Treasurer shall prepare all checks, vouchers
and withdrawal slips to be drawn on the city depositories, and shall
sign the same and present said checks, vouchers and withdrawals to the
Mayor or Vice N~3yor to be countexsigned as p~ovided hexein oz by
o~dinance of the City Councils and
W~AS~ the City Council in xegulax session of August 7~
1961~ did duly pass an ozdinance that the City Manage~ shall be auth-
orized to countersign all checks~ vouchers and withdzawal slips of
the City; and :

to sign checks, vouchexs and withdzawal slips in the absence of the
Mayo~ and the City ~nage~; and

W~A$~ M.C. HO~N~ Deputy Tzeas~ex~ has been appointed
to pze~e and sign checks~ vouchexs and withdrawal slips in %he
