BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, that the outstanding municipal taxes for the
years indicated in the attached memorandum from the municipal tax
collector are, pursuant to provisions of Florida law, uncollectable and same
are hereby cancelled and declared null and void.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15 day of December, A. D. , 1970.
